Due to our continued growth, Constant Contact, (NASDAQ:CTCT), is seeking a Search Marketing Analyst to join our new, internal, Internet Marketing team. In this position the candidate will be relied upon to help grow all paid search marketing initiatives. They will be relied upon to add great data handling skills and an analytical mindset to report on, identify and deliver actionable plans for all search marketing activities. Working as part of a large marketing team, the candidate will be exposed to many different activities and will be a pivotal member of the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for benchmarking and reporting on all current programs and working to help establish goals and strategies for future paid search marketing growth.
  • Will be relied on to contribute to strategies regarding product development, website functionality, conversion levers and all other areas critical to the success of paid search.
  • Perform daily campaign maintenance and account updates.
  • Conduct keyword research, organize and refine keyword lists.
  • Assist with ad copy development and testing.

Qualifications:

Must have understanding of paid search marketing preferably with 1 full year directly involved in managing search marketing campaigns; Google, Yahoo and MSN.

Highly analytical with the ability to read between the lines and interpret data in a way that leads to actionable strategies.

  • Willing to be creative and assertive in offering ideas and adding to the overall success of the group.
  • A team player who can also work independently to find ways to uncover opportunities.
  • Understands how to present their data and findings in a way that is appropriate for more senior level management.
  • 2-3 years of real business experience, preferably in a marketing or analytical position. Experience with bid management tools a plus.
  • Bachelors Degree
